Orders are shipped out at the end of the week! The day may vary but you will typically wait between 1-7 days after ordering for your order to ship out.
All orders receive a tracking number, except for flat mailed stickers.
PLEASE NOTE untracked sticker shipping is only availbe for domestic orders.

International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to arrive due to customs and international transit.

Gryphll.com now ships to the UK/EU! Please be aware that Gryphll is not responsible for collecting VAT tax and the buyer will be responsible for any import fees that may occur upon receiving your item.
☆ Why don't you ship to my country?
I wish I could ship everywhere in the world but unfortunately, certain regions have had an extremely high risk of packages getting lost in the mail or being returned to me and I take quite a loss refunding or sending the packages out again due to the high cost of international shipping. I apologize if your region is not included in my shop.
☆ Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges are permitted. Please contact me if there was an error in your order on my end or if your item has arrived damaged!
THIS INCLUDES PREORDERS! Once a preorder is placed and processed, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
☆ Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, contact me ASAP. I can refund and scrap your order as long as I have not sent it out. If your order has already been shipped out, I cannot help you.
☆ I need to change my address!
Please contact me ASAP! I cannot help you after your order has been shipped out.
☆ I haven't received my order!
Unfortunately, sometimes errors do occur in the mail system. I ship out all of my orders through USPS and occasionally packages will get lost in transit. For domestic orders, if it has been at least 3 weeks since your order was shipped out with no tracking updates, please contact me and I will replace your order. For international orders, please allow up to 8 weeks before contacting me about a missing order. Thank you for your understanding.
☆ Will (x) item be restocked?
I do my best to keep all my items in stock! I am constantly asked if certain items are returning, and I do my best to answer but sometimes am not able to get to every email. Most items that are currently listed will be restocked eventually, unless they are listed as FINAL RUN. The best way to know when a new restock is coming up is to follow my socials (@gryphll)!
Please do not email me about plush restocks - assume plush items will not be restocked unless advertised on my social media. Plush are generally a limited edition special run.
